At The Price Challenge Store, we understand the urgency of repairs. Whether you are ordering a critical RO membrane or a home appliance motor, our logistics network is designed to deliver your spare parts safely, securely, and speedily across India.
We operate from a centralized warehouse model to ensure quality control.
- Same-Day Processing: Orders verified before 2:00 PM (IST) are processed for dispatch on the same business day.
- Video-Verified Packaging: To prevent errors and fraud, we record high-definition video footage of the packaging process for all high-value orders. This ensures you receive exactly what you ordered.
We use premium courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, Amazon Shipping) for all shipments.

We are one of the few spare parts stores in India to offer Open Box Delivery. When the delivery agent arrives, you may request to open the outer packaging to verify that the product box is intact and the item is correct before sharing the delivery OTP.
Note: OBD availability depends on the courier partner serving your specific pincode.
We maintain a transparent pricing policy. We do not inflate product prices to hide shipping costs.
- Standard Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the volumetric weight of the package.
- Bulk Orders: Wholesale orders above a certain quantity may qualify for subsidized or free shipping.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.
What if I miss my delivery?
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If you are unavailable, please contact us immediately to reschedule.
