The website is operated by "The Price Challenge Store." Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to The Price Challenge Store. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms stated here.
- Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our spare parts (RO membranes, motors, etc.) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
- Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
Delivery timelines are estimates. While we dispatch within 24 hours, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners (BlueDart/Delhivery) or force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.).

Given the nature of technical spare parts, returns are accepted ONLY under the following conditions:
- Unboxing Video: You MUST provide a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the shipping label and the product condition. Without this video, no damage/missing item claim will be entertained.
- Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
The Price Challenge Store shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products (e.g., improper installation of an RO pump resulting in leakage).
DIY Warning: We supply spare parts. We are not responsible for damage caused during self-repair. We recommend professional installation.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
