1. General Return Policy
At The Price Challenge Store, we pride ourselves on supplying 100% genuine and tested spare parts. Whether it is an RO component, an electronic module, or a mechanical part, we strictly ensure quality before dispatch.
We offer a 7-Day Return/Replacement Window strictly for the following cases:
- Damage in Transit: The product arrived broken, crushed, or leaked.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): The part is not functioning out of the box (before installation).
- Wrong Item Sent: You received a product different from what you ordered.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (No Video = No Claim)
To prevent fraud and misuse, we require a complete, continuous unboxing video for any claim to be processed.
- The video must start before the package seal is tampered with or opened.
- The Shipping Label must be clearly visible and readable in the video.
- You must show the physical condition of the product immediately after taking it out.
NOTE: Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be instantly rejected.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to the technical nature of spare parts, the following are NOT eligible for return:
- Used or Installed Parts: Any part that shows signs of installation (screw marks, thermal paste application, soldering traces, water usage, or wire cutting) cannot be returned.
- Burnt/Short-Circuited Parts: We are not responsible if a part fails due to wrong installation, incorrect voltage supply, or compatibility issues with your existing machine.
- "Change of Mind": We do not accept returns simply because you no longer need the part or ordered the wrong model. Please check compatibility before buying.
4. The "Old Part Swap" Protection
We mark our inventory with unique identifiers (Serial Numbers, UV Invisible Stamps, or Warranty Void Stickers).
- If a returned item does not match our records, the claim will be rejected immediately.
- Attempting to return your old, faulty part in place of our new one is considered fraud. We will permanently block the account and report the incident to the central seller blacklist database.
5. Responsibility Disclaimer
Self-Repair Risk: Spare parts are intended for use by technicians or knowledgeable individuals. The Price Challenge Store is not responsible for damage caused to your machine or the spare part during the installation process.
Compatibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the spare part matches their specific device model before placing an order.
6. Refund Timeline
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check (QC). This usually takes 24-48 hours.
- Approval: If the item is unused and verified, the refund will be initiated to your original payment source (UPI/Card) within 3 business days.
- Rejection: If the item is found used, installed, or swapped, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
